Mr. Delvin C. Rogers is the Founder and Excecutive Director of C.A.L.M. 247. He is an Educator, Innovator and Advocate in all areas pertaining to Youth and Anger Management. He currently serves as an Educator in the field of Communication in the Broward Country Public Charter Schools. This is an innovative program where he is privileged to provide students with the skills and techniques to help them understand their emotions, make best and informed choices about how to express these emotions and how to turn potential conflicts into opportunities to create and communicate positive resolutions.
